Jetta Operating ensures that joint interest billings are available by the end of each month, allowing you timely access to your financial information. It’s important to note that Jetta Operating operates with a $5.00 minimum threshold for issuing a JIB. This means that if your total cumulative balance is less than $5.00, a JIB will not be generated until your balance reaches or exceeds this amount.
For remitting payments, please use the PO Box address provided on your JIB statement. To ensure accurate processing, kindly include your assigned owner number and the specific invoice numbers of the JIBs you are paying. If you are disputing any charge on your JIB and therefore making a partial payment, please clearly indicate the disputed items within JIBLink or provide a detailed description of the balances you are short paying along with your payment.
Netting is a convenient option offered by Jetta Operating where your owed expenses are directly deducted from your monthly revenues.
